Entry is $500. This covers participation in the program infrastructure for the duration of the recovery process.
How the program is structured and funded.
The program is limited. A total of 125 positions are available. Each position is $500. That generates capital to fund the recovery infrastructure: documentation systems, visibility platforms, communication networks, and legal escalation pathways.
The program is not about making money from participants. It is about moving the recovery forward. Every dollar raised goes directly into the systems and processes required to execute the recovery.
The program is not speculative. There are no earnings promised to participants. There are no returns promised. What is promised is: active, documented, lawful recovery work—funded by people who choose to stand with this process.

When recovery is achieved.
Recovery is not hypothetical. The amount owed is documented. The agreement is signed. The path to resolution is operational.
Provided the recovery is successful, two things happen immediately:
First: Everyone affected receives compensation. No cost. No conditions. The recovery resolves the blockage. Compensation follows.
Second: Premise Decision Engine moves to market as a fully operational division. The infrastructure built during this recovery becomes the foundation for the next phase of business. Revenue from Premise Pipeline Discipline flows into a shared pool and is distributed quarterly to recovery participants.
Third: Regular communication continues. You will be informed of all material developments as they occur.
What this program does not promise.
